History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Faran was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Faral lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
