He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Jarana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a Interpreter soon after.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Interpreter and was forced into it by his family; and to be a ploughman again

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she feels threatened by others

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again; and balancing her hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult
