Description: An older woman who wears a brown wide-brimmed hat and brown clothes, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is brown and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for her, and Finellen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'8". He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, and his gloved hand is found clutching a mace. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When Rolen reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to unite with his brother

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to be a scribe again

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Theren has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a sage again

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern man wears baggy yellow pantaloons and a black scarf. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His ears are large.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
