History: Ootah hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Pennie has worked very hard to control her curse. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC.
