Personality: She is a Map Maker first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Sumnes was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He carries with him a set of kukris on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He keeps his long cinnamon fur kept up in a rat tail. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shadow's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
