Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
