Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aelar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered orcs who tried to eat her hand. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Goroth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Goroth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls
