History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She now mingles about in high society.

History: Geva was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chaedi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
