History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. History: Paela was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices.
