History: Born in the north to a Priest, Silvo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Radomir and his spouse have recently divorced.
