History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roywyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roywyn. After months of barely getting by, Roywyn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Kilvar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Duvamil took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Leaf was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Leaf's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Leaf and her spouse have recently divorced.
