Personality: Nedda is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers.
