Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.
