Personality: Avelina hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a red top hat and red clothes. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her white hair is braided into rings. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Body Guard. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Body Guard for the past few years.
