He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
