Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
