Jheri's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jheri and her spouse have recently divorced.

After months of barely getting by, Qemuel managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
