History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Aelar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: An older woman who very much looks the part of a Layabout, she is not a threatening figure. Her rusty crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Thava was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
