Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Architect job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and further expansion of business

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tippletoe embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Tippletoe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tippletoe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Kairon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to settle down with his crush
