Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Jak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of a Cartwright, who enjoyed hunting, Pyntle was taken on many hunting expeditions. Pyntle abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
