History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Urshar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Urshar was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To be a Architect again; and balancing her hectic life and new unemployed responsibilities is difficult
