Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Efferil will drive conversation. Efferil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Being a Barber kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
