History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is her passion
