History: Helja was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Helja alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Miller. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
