Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Galiena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Revenge; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, marred by chocolates. Her hair is black and curly. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Millicent enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

History: She was born in a small island village. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
