Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Nedda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She struck the Jeweler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Jeweler responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
