History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a great chef.

History: Merla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. Her hair is long and black with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Ella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a white armored body suit, with a simple green line shooting up and back down. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found
