Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Hecat was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Hecat was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hecat decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
