History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Nurkara's homeland. Nurkara decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
