History: Windy hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Windy was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her black eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Nemeia was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Nemeia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Varis was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: To be a Sculptor again; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Siffress liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Siffress and her spouse have recently divorced.
