Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Meriele grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Meriele. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his religion dominates his actions
