History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her red hair is singed and shortened. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Veloptima took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. A true patriot, Emen would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emen was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
