History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Seraphina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against drow

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ermina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Willow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Mason father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and wishes to resurrect an old love
