Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Trym took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and retire the richest man in the south

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
