Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Shava is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Shava lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and revenge

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Krimp alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and revenge
