History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Adelaide began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Adelaide was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by her family; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Marbas's homeland. Marbas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
