History: Ernest was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Hillanot learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

A gifted student she started as a Beggar, but she got bored and became a Animal Trainer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Animal Trainer for hire.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing her hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
