History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aura was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: She is content; and a deep hatred of dire rats

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
