History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Ruloth was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ruloth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
