History: Barakas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has all her life been fascinated with singing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero.
