History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Ekemon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Barber, Ekemon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Eberk was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
