Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Pallabar was a troubled youth.
