History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Skirt was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is his passion
