History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Reirak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Reirak was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she dresses like a well dressed Junk Dealer does. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for her, and Birel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a Healer, her father struggled to pay the bills. When Birel reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has worked as a Junk Dealer like her father before her.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Raymond will drive conversation. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: Kadana hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
