History: Hecat hails from a village terrorized by giants. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and many giants want her driven away

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
