History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Oppleby was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a Fletcher soon after.
