He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.
