History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Igden grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Igden. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Interpreter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is an amazing painter.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
