His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: Arannis lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Gimgen hails from a village terrorized by giants. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Her head has been shaved. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She got into the Fisher business at a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and further expansion of business

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a brown shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and brown pants. His cinnamon fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Theren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by his family
