History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Therlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
